We play in a wonderful old church in Framilode that I think is quite unique as far as venues is concerned and as it is on the bank of the river Severn the views are equally spectacular. Framilode is rather notorious for its lack of street signs but a sat-nav will take you to the lane leading to St Peter’s church (which is a no through road but drive up to the top and park outside the church adjacent to the River Severn in the parking spaces provided) with a sign on the junction indicating the way to “St Peters Church a Victorian Gem”. If approaching from Gloucester side take the A38 towards Bristol from the McDonalds on the roundabout towards junction 12 of the M5. Take the second right down Castle Lane heading for Epney and Longney and at the junction take a left towards Epney which takes you past the Anchor Pub and onwards to Framilode. Once you turn into the village the right hand turn to the church is signposted but if you get to the sign for the Ship Public House you have just gone past the turn.
